With over 20 years of experience in window cleaning, customer support and marketing, we’ve created a training and support system of proven success. We can onboard your business in as few as 5-weeks. This process includes physical training, online training, equipment manuals, handling procedures, marketing and branding launches. You’ll meet all the members of our back-office support team, our coaches and finally our CEO.
Once your business has been launched, our coaches are helping you to grow your client base and checking in to make sure you have all the tools you need to achieve your targets. BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
The other end of our system is a support network called the back-office, which is a corporate-run facility based out of our head office. It handles all incoming calls: quotes, sales, scheduling and processing payments. We have dedicated residential and commercial call centre agents to answer specific client questions.
