Meet Elyse, owner of Elite Window Cleaning of Vancouver Island

Hi, I’m Elyse Ellison! I’m passionate about providing top-notch window-washing services, both for homes and businesses here in our beautiful region. With a background in Social Work and a drive for excellence, I shifted into business management to make a hands-on difference—whether it’s making your windows sparkle or enhancing the look of local businesses.

My husband and I already run a moving company here in Victoria, so we’re familiar with the ins and outs of business in this community. But I was excited to branch out and start something of my own, and I saw an incredible opportunity in the window washing industry. Elite’s focus on precision and quality service really resonated with me, so partnering with them was a natural fit.

Our window washing business will be based in Langford, just outside Victoria, part of the Capital Region we all love. We’re fortunate to be surrounded by Vancouver Island’s stunning mix of forests, lakes, rivers, oceans, and mountains. The area’s rich history as a naval base and as the traditional land of the First Nations adds to the deep connection we feel to the community.

We’ve always believed in giving back, and over the years, we’ve supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, as well as other non-profits in Victoria. Through our moving business, we offer non-profits help with manpower and trucks for their initiatives, and we provide office moving services at cost to help organizations make a difference.

What I’m really looking forward to is working closely with my team. I believe in growing not just the business but also helping each individual grow personally. When we all strive for excellence, amazing things happen!

After moving from Ontario, I’ve called Victoria home for almost nine years now, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring new local dining spots, spending time with my husband and our two kids, August and Bella, or enjoying a weekend away on Pender or Gabriola Island.
